My Coaching Philosophy

Adopting a holistic approach to wellness commences with an insightful understanding of the physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual components of health. In addition, the four pillars of health are lifestyle, exercise, attitude, and nutrition (LEAN). When one chooses to make mindful choices centered around these four pillars of health, it invariably determines the direction in which one wants one’s health to take. Everyone is an expert on him/herself and the choice to eat whole foods, yes, real food solely depends on him/her – so is finding ways to stay socially connected, physically fit, mindful, and adopt a positive outlook on life.

My Story

The staggering and health-consuming downsides of being overly stressed and consequently becoming over-weight provided me with the reality check I needed in order to realign myself in the direction that gave me a second chance to enjoy life.

However, I have come to learn and understand the benefits of managing stress in a healthful fashion as well as embracing a qualitative and healthful lifestyle.

My focus on health and wellness is deeply rooted in mindfully embracing a balanced lifestyle that prioritizes the wholesomeness of healthy food choices, staying socially connected, staying mindful of everything that goes into one’s body, and keeping moving one’s body, and adopting a positive attitude towards life.

Considering that there are so many facets associated with being healthy, I employ integrative approaches that are backed by science, thus helping my clients identify healthful ways of managing stress and promoting their emotional wellness.

I provide my clients with useful information that suits their unique health goals. Above all, the information I provide them springs from acquired sound science-based knowledge.

Dr. Bibih Ero is a University professor with a background in Psychiatric & Mental Health Nursing and experience as a Health Coach/Naturopathic Nutritionist. “I have always been very passionate about the relationship between the subconscious-mind and human behavior,” she tells us.
