I wonder who enjoys loneliness! The need for alone-time happens to be a very crucial one for certain people who require it because it provides for them, a time to sit back, reflect, get re-energized and recreate. Yes, it is that crucial!

On a personal note, being alone most time never implies that I am lonely.

Being alone does not guarantee loneliness, because when you enjoy being alone, there is no way in which you will experience any negative feelings.

I am a very social person, and I know, how much good that does to my health.

However, I socialize smartly and keep an open mind to spontaneity if need be.

Are your social interactions sapping out energy from you?

Do you feel emotionally drained or recharged after such engagements?

How often do you cancel plans that were socially oriented?

Take time to plan on selecting social activities that truly matter to you in terms of how you connect with people and keep an open mind in embracing spontaneity as well because you might be amazed at how fulfilling they could turn out to be.
